研究领域与方向

1、利用基因编辑与体细胞克隆技术创建多种人类小型猪疾病模型,为加快疾病致病机制的解析和诊疗提供了重要的研究素材。

2、利用基因编辑与体细胞克隆技术创建用于异种器官移植的供体猪, 为异种器官移植研究及异种免疫排斥相关研究奠定了重要基础。

3、植物提取物与老药新用、老药联用抗癌的机制,为抗癌药研究提供理论依据。
